General Packet is responsible for maintaining more than 350 different IP networks across the country and performs real time monitoring on more than 5,000 connected devices.  We are able to do this because we have developed centralized systems to deliver content and network access services, monitor equipment and usage, and support customers when they need assistance. 

Our delivery, monitoring and  support services are available as integrated elements of a turnkey solution, or as individual components fitting into a larger solution set.

Billing

For customers who might have a question about their bill, please call our billing department at 401-441-5200, then press 2. Calls will be answered during the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.. Monday through Friday, EST. Otherwise, they will be handled on the next business day. If your need is not pressing, send an email to billing@generalpacket.com.
